Kids Race Car Bed
When thinking about ways to make their child happy, as parents
are apt to do, buying him or her a bed doesn’t generally come to mind. Unless your child has a complaint about the
bed being broken or generally uncomfortable, they don’t give it much thought one way or the other. Unless, of
course, the bed can double as a prop for imaginative play. Enter the kids race car bed! This type of bed can take a
normal piece of children’s furniture and turn it into a lot more, while still giving your child a good night’s
sleep.
There are obvious reasons why you would want to buy a kids race
car bed, and maybe some reasons that are not so obvious. For one thing, they look great, and can complement the
decor of your child’s room beautifully, or even be the center upon which you build that decor. Young children
aren’t going to care much about decor, though, but they probably are going to care about the fact that their bed
can be a great toy. For this reason, choosing a race car bed can be a wonderful way to get a child excited about
sleeping in a “big kid” bed. It’s harder for a child to think about all the monsters under the bed when he or she
is busy driving it!
You can get a kids race car bed in a lot of different stores,
and most likely you’ll have plenty of stores in your area that sell them. Little Tikes has a couple of great race
car beds for toddlers; the perfect thing for getting them happily out of the crib. These sell for around $200 in
places such as Toys R Us or Walmart, or you can get your child the twin size for about $350. Step 2 makes some race
car beds for children as well, such as the highly popular “Stock Car Convertible” bed that sells for around $300.
You can also find these at stores such as Target or Toys R Us.
One thing that you can do with even your very young child is
shop online for a kids race car bed. Of course, you need to be prepared for your child to point to every bed that
he sees and saying that he wants it, but you can deal with that. If you go to websites such as Nextag.com or
Ebay.com, you can get a list of different online stores that will give you the best deals in these kinds of beds.
Often you can save anywhere from $100 to $200 if you buy online.
